The Torridora Cocktail is May 2nd Drink of the Day!!

Talk about a nice cream drink to start off the weekend right! Plus, unlike most of these frothy beverages, this one has a nice kick to it. If you are going to do a cream cocktail, let’s do it justice. This one will surely be the talk of the party.

A great combination of rum and brandy with a hint of coffee, this might be one you may want to start the day off with after your first cup of joe. GOOD MORNING!

 

Torridora Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum

1/2 oz. Brandy

1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz. Light Cream

Splash of 151 Rum

 

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the first four ingredients to measure. Cap off with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Top off with a splash of 151 rum.
