The Waterfall is June 1st Drink of the Day!!

The use of raspberry liqueur in a cocktail is continuing today. This time, it shares the stage with canadian whisky. A perfect cocktail for those who like to drink whisky on the rocks, but want to have something a little more refreshing for the poolside. With June here, we are looking at some hot days ahead.

If you haven’t done so already, it’s time to clean off the cobwebs on the grill and get it ready for the season. Here’s a little something to prep yourself for the duties ahead. Enjoy your day!

 

Waterfall Cocktail

1 oz. Canadian Whisky

1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur

1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

 

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the ingredients to measure. Cap off with a tin and shake to combine the ingredients. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. If available, dress with a couple fresh raspberries.
