The White Spider is April 29th Drink of the Day!!
This is a gin based cocktail that is enhancing the best part of the cocktail with its secondary ingredients more than trying to mask the flavor of it. If you are a gin imbiber, you will appreciate this drink. Just be sure to be careful, because this beverage has some legs.
With just some triple sec, fresh lemon, and simple syrup, this makes for a great daytime sipper while basking poolside. I think you’ll enjoy this simple, yet complicated and tasty cocktail. Enjoy!
White Spider
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Juice from one Lemon
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the gin to measure. Squeeze in the juice from one lemon, discarding the remnants after doing so. Add the other two ingredients to measure. Cap off with a tin and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
