The Wild Dog Cocktail is January 31st Drink of the Day!!

Here is an easy to make beverage that has a busy flavor that will please the senses. The combination of Southern Comfort and dark rum does the trick, with the pineapple used as a harness for both. All ingredients blend very well together and will give you a nice sipper to enjoy now, and especially when it’s time to put together your next pool party in the next few months.

Hard to believe we are already done with January! How time flies…..

Wild Dog

1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum

3/4 oz. Southern Comfort

Pineapple Juice

Method: Build this in a highball glass filled with ice, by first adding the first two ingredients to measure. Top the glass off with pineapple juice. Garnish with an orange half wheel on the rim of the glass.
