Here we are, the end of the weekend and most of us are getting ready for another long week grind at the work place. Why not start the week off right with a good night’s sleep. No better way to accomplish this than to have a nice and thick cream cocktail after a big dinner. With the right amount of the different ingredients, this will become a Sunday ritual. I couldn’t think of a better Drink of the Day.

A great combination of coffee liqueur, amaretto, and citrus to go along with the cream, you will no problem getting into the sleep mode. No counting sheep needed; just a nice comfortable pillow. Pleasant dreams!

Xaviera

3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz. Amaretto

3/4 oz. Triple Sec

1 1/2 oz. Cream

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients to measure. Cap off with a shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.
