Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone! After going through last week giving you some drinks for this holiday, I felt we could get right back into the swing of things for the Drink of the Day.

This cocktail is a great afternoon sipper for those who want to calm from your everyday tiki-type rum beverage and more into a nice and easy chilled drink to enjoy every drop of. A perfect combination to introduce to the warmer weather. We are getting very close to nicer, more comfortable temperatures. Why not enjoy it with a some soothing rum concoction that will take you to a higher level of being?

Hard to believe we are already into the middle part of March, isn’t it? However, I will kind of contradict that by saying that this has been one long winter. I hope we will be seeing sunnier and warmer days ahead. Please be safe today while celebrating with family and friends during my favorite day of the year. I will be working most of it, but will take time to have an Irish whiskey or two, or quite possibly one of these cocktails.

Slainte!!
