Happy Valentine’s Day!

What are you doing special today for the love of your life? A box of assorted chocolates, maybe, or how about a dozen long stem roses sent to his or her work to express the love you feel for that person?

I’ve got the perfect gift for you….how about a nice cocktail to get them in the mood? So, dim the lights, play some of your favorite jazz, and share the box of chocolates while sipping on heaven. Chocolate covered strawberries, anyone?!

Agave Kiss
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. White Creme de Cacao (clear)
1 oz. Cream
1/2 oz. Chambord
Shaved White Chocolate (Garnish)
Fresh Raspberries (Garnish)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, already rimmed with white chocolate flakes. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
