The Eiffel Tower Cocktail is March 31st Drink of the Day!!

On this day, in 1889, the Eiffel Tower would open to the public as the entryway to the World’s Fair / Paris Expedition. At the time, it was the tallest manmade structure and it would remain so for 41 years. Today, it’s still the second tallest structure in France.

It was designed by Alexandre Gustav Eiffel, whos company was also in charge of building it in time for the Expedition. To this day, it is considered the most visited structure that has an admission in the world.

To celebrate the opening of one of the most recognized structures in the world, I’m introducing a drink that has one heck of a punch. You may want to make sure you’re not going anywhere after having one of these.

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
