​Abbey Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Orange Juice
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap off with a tin and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop in a stemmed maraschino cherry for garnish.


Aberdeen Angus

2 oz. Scotch Whisky
1 oz. Drambuie
½ oz. Honey Syrup
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Pour the Scotch, honey syrup, and lime juice into a brandy snifter. Stir the contents. Heat up the 1 oz. of Drambuie in a separate glass, then ignite. While ignited, pour into the brandy snifter with the other ingredients. Warning: Be sure to snuff out the flame prior to drinking.


​Absinthe Cocktail

2 oz. Absinthe
1 Egg White
1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
Method: Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Absinthe Flip

1 oz. Absinthe
1 oz. Borducan Orange Italian Liqueur or Cointreau
Juice from ½ Lemon
1 Egg
1 tsp. Sugar
Finely Chopped Nutmeg
Method: Place all ingredients, except nutmeg, to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on cocktail.


AC Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
Cola
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Method: Begin by adding the vodka and cherry liqueur into a highball glass with ice. Add coke and stir. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.


Adonis

2 oz. Dry Sherry
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 – 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.


Affinity

1 ½ oz. Scotch Whisky
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


​After Dinner Cocktail #1

1 ½ oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake to blend. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.


After Dinner Cocktail #2

1 ½ oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Triple Sec
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.


After Dinner Cocktail #3

1 oz. Prunella Brandy
1 oz. Cherry Brandy
Juice of ½ Lemon
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.


​After Supper Cocktail

1 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Triple Sec
Juice of ½ Lemon
Method: Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.

Agave Kiss

2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. White Creme de Cacao (clear)
1 oz. Cream
1/2 oz. Chambord
Shaved White Chocolate (Garnish)
Fresh Raspberries (Garnish)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, already rimmed with white chocolate flakes. Garnish with fresh raspberries.


Aggravation aggravation

1 1/2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky
1 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
Light Cream
Method:  Build this in an old fashioned glass with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure.  Top off with light cream.  Stir well and serve.​


Airmail

1 1/2 oz. Rhum Agricole (Agricultural Rum. Meaning: Rum made from pure cane sugar and not molasses).
1 oz. Honey Syrup (1 part honey : 2 parts water)
1//2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice (make sure to use fresh and not “sweetened” lime juice)
1 oz. Champagne
2 – 3 drops Angostura Bitters

Method: Pour the rum, lime juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour in the champagne. Drop two to three drops of angostura bitters on top of drink. Take a mint leaf and drag it through the bitters, making a design in the drink. Place the mint leaf on the edge of glass for garnish when you’re done.


Alamagoozlum

1 oz. Genever Gin
1/2 oz. Water
3/4 oz. Rum
3/4 oz. Yellow or Green Charteuse
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Orange Curaco
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 an Egg White (Optional)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake Vigorously, allowing the egg white to assist in giving the cocktail a froth top finish. If no egg white is added, you will not have this feature. Flavor will stay the same, however. Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass.


Alamo Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
Grapefruit juice
One Maraschino Cherry

Method: In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, pour the Southern Comfort then top off with grapefruit juice. Add cherry as a garnish. Optional: Rim the glass with granulated sugar.


Alaska Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass with ice by pouring in the ingredients to measure. Add a twist of orange for garnish, gently rubbing it on the rim of the glass before dropping it in.


Alcatraz

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Gin
Cranberry Juice
Grapefruit Juice
Dash of Grenadine

Method: Take a highball glass and rim it with salt. Fill the glass with ice. Pour the vodka and gin in. Top with equal parts of cranberry juice and grapefruit juice, saving enough room for the dash of grenadine. Stir and serve.

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Light Cream
Finely Ground Nutmeg
Method: Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice to measure, except for the nutmeg. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of the drink.


​Alexander Special

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Cream
1 oz. Coffee (room temperature)
Method: Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.

Algonquin Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice

Method: Pour contents into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


All Plucked Up

1 oz. Anejo Rum
1 oz. Coconut Rum
Splash of Grenadine
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Method:  Add all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake to blend the ingredients.  Strain into a tulip glass filled with ice.  Garnish with an orange half-wheel.


Amelia Earhart Cocktail

2 oz. Fresh Strawberry Puree
2 oz. Gin (london-dry)
2 Tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
1 Tsp. Creme de Violette
2 Tsp. Simple Syrup
Juice of half a lemon

Method:
Pour all contents into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.


Apple-tini

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Apple Pucker
3/4 oz. Sour Mix

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with one maraschino cherry.


Aquaaqua

3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
Lemon-Lime Soda

Method:  Build this in a highball glass with ice, by pouring in the first three ingredients to measure.  Top off with lemon-lime soda.


 

Armaageddon Cocktail

1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
Orange Juice
Cranberry Juice
Splash Lemon / Lime

Method: Pour in the liquor to measure quantities into a highball glass with ice. Fill to about a 1/2″ from the rim equal parts of Orange Juice and Cranberry Juice. Add a splash of lemon/lime soda to top off the drink. Stir and serve.


Automotive Cocktail

3/4 oz. Blended Scotch
3/4 oz. Genever (Holland Gin)
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters

Method: Pour all contents into a shaker with ice. Stir well to dilute and chill. Strain into cocktail glass.


Aviation

1 1/2 oz. Gin (London Dry)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz. Creme de Violette

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

 


Baby Ruth Martini

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
Dash of Dry Vermouth
Baby Ruth Candy Bar

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Baby Ruth Candy Bar.


Bachelor’s Bait Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
Splash of Grenadine
1 Egg White
Dash Orange Bitters
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Dry shake, (without ice), vigorously. Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Bahama Mama

1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/4 oz. 151 Rum
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Pineapple Juice

Method:  Build this in a highball glass filled with ice by adding all the first five ingredients to measure.   Top off with pineapple juice.  Pour into a mixing glass and cap with a tin.  Shake to blend.  Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.  Garnish with a strawberry and lime half wheel.


Baltimore Zoo

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1/4 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
Beer

Method: Pour all ingredients into pint glass with ice and top off with beer. Stir and serve.


Bank Robber Shooter

1/2 oz. Blackberry Brandy
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin (London Dry)
Splash Rum
Splash Everclear

Method: Put ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a shot glass or cordial glass.


Barn Door Cocktail

barn door2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method:  Build this in a rocks glass filled with ice by pouring all the ingredients in to measure.  Stir and serve.

 


Barbary Coast
3/4 oz. Gin
¾ oz. Light Rum
¾ oz. Scotch
¾ oz. White Crème de Cacao
¾ oz. Cream
Method: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.


Baseball Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum
3/4 oz. Apple Brandy or Cognac
1/2 oz. Apple Puree
1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of apple.


Betty Boop Shooter

This recipe makes two shots, one for you and one for a friend
3/4 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then pour equal parts into two port glasses.


Belmont Breeze

1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Harvey’s Bristol Cream Sherry
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Sugar
Splash Lemon Lime Soda
Splash Club Soda
Garnishes: Lemon Slice, Strawberry, Mint Sprig

Method: Pour all ingredients, except the soda and lemon-lime soda, into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a high-ball glass with ice. Top off with the club soda and lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon slice, strawberry, and mint sprig.


Belmont Jewel

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz. Lemonade
1 oz. Pomegranite Juice

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry or twist of lemon.

 


Berlin Wall Shooter

1/2 oz. Jagermeister Herbal Liqueur
1/2 oz. Goldschlager Cinammon Schnapps
1/2 pz. Rumpleminze Peppermint Schnapps

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a port glass. Cheers!


Berry Pear

berry pear 11/4 of a pealed and diced Pear
4 Fresh Raspberries
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Borducan Orange Liqueur or Cointreau
Soda Water
Splash of Maraschino Liqueur

Method:  In a mixing glass, put in the pealed and diced pear with the fresh raspberries.  Add the simple syrup and vodka.  Pulverize the ingredients with a toothed muddler until you get a good blend.  Add ice.  Add the Cointreau.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain the mixture into a tulip glass filled with ice, (optional: you can double strain to get the remnants of the pear and raspberry out of the finished product if you would like).  Add soda water, leaving room for the float of maraschino liqueur.  Garnish with a wedge of pear and two fresh raspberries.​


Between the Sheets

between the sheets¾ oz. Brandy
¾ oz. Light Rum
¾ oz. Cointreau or Borducan Italian Orange Liqueur
Two Wedges of Lime
Method: Place the first three ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Squeeze the juice from two wedges of lime into the mixing glass, discarding the wedges after doing so. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Optional: For a garnish, place a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.


Betsy Ross

1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Port
1/4 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Egg Yolk

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake very well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Optional: Sprinkle nutmeg on top of cocktail.


Blue Hawaiian

1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
Maraschino Cherry and Pineapple Slice for Garnish

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour all, including ice, into a daiquiri glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple and cherry.


Belini12-25-champange

3 parts Champagne or Sparkling Wine

1 part Peach Nectar

 

 


 

Bijou Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Dash Orange Bitters

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Stir with bar spoon. Strain contents into a cocktail glass.


Bikini Cocktail

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Milk
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
1 Tsp. Sugar

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.


Biltmore

1 Chunk of Pineapple
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Maraschino Liqueur (replace with maraschino juice if you’re having a time finding this ingredient)
Hazelnut soaked in Maraschino Juice for garnish

Method: In an Old Fashioned Glass, place the pineapple chunk in the bottom of the glass, along with the Dash of Maraschino liqueur, and muddle it together. Add the gin and sweet vermouth and then the ice. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Take a hazelnut that’s been soaking in maraschino juice (for at least three hours, preferrably over night), and drop it into the drink for a garnish. Makes for a great conversation piece.


Black Bart

7 Blackberries
1 oz. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Rum

Method: In a shaker glass, place the blackberries, simple syrup and lime juice, and muddle well. Add ice and alcohol to the muddled items. Shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass.


Blue Bicycle Cocktail

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Sweet and Sour
Lemon-Lime Soda

Method: Pour liquor ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Top off with lemon-lime soda. Stir well and serve.


Blue Marineblue marine 2

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Butterscotch Scotch
Lemonade

Method:  Combine the first three ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.  Add about an ounce of lemonade to the mix.  Cap and shake to blend the ingredients.  Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.  Top off with more lemonade.  Add a lemon wheel garnish to the rim of the glass.


 

Black Dahlia Martini

2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
3/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
Slice of Orange (Garnish)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.


Blue Moon

1 ½ oz. Light Rum
¾ oz. Blue Curacao
Pineapple Juice
Method: Build this in a highball glass filled with ice by pouring in the first two ingredients to measure. Top off with pineapple juice. To blend, pour the cocktail back and forth from glass to tin a couple times. When finished blending, add a straw and serve. Optional: Add a wedge of pineapple and maraschino cherry flag on the rim of the glass.


Blue Note

blue note1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
Splash Triple Sec
Pineapple Juice
Method:  Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice, by pouring in the first three ingredients to measure.  Top off with pineapple juice.  Stir and serve.

Splash of Benedictine
Method: Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

1 ½ oz. Light Rum
¾ oz. Apple Brandy
Splash Sweet Vermouth
Method: Place all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Cap and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.​


Bombay

1 oz. Brandy
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
½ oz. Triple Sec
Splash of Absinthe
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass with ice. Stir and serve.


Boston Cooler

2 oz. Rum
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
Club Soda
Method: In a mixing glass with ice, place all the ingredients in to measure, leaving out the club soda. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.


Bostonian Cocktail

1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Splash of Orange Juice
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp. Sugar
3 sprigs of Mint

Method: In a shaker glass, place the mint sprigs, sugar, and both fruit juices in the bottom of a shaker glass. Muddle together well. Add the gin and sweet vermouth then the ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


​Boxcar

1 ½ oz. Gin
¾ oz. Triple Sec
Juice of ½ Lemon
Splash of Grenadine
1 Egg White
Method: Place all ingredients into a mixing glass. Cap with a tin and dry shake vigorously, (without ice). Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Take a lemon peel and twist it over the drink. Rub gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the cocktail.


Brainstorm

2 oz. Scotch Whisky
½ oz. Benedictine
Splash Sweet Vermouth
Method: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Brandy Alexander12-8-brandy alexander

¾ oz. Cognac
¾ oz. Dark Crème de Cacao
¾ oz. Light Cream
Finely Chopped Nutmeg (Optional)
Method: Pour first three ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle chopped nutmeg on top of the cocktail.


Brotherhood

1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
3/4 oz. Benedictine
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.


Bronx

2-13 - Bronx1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Orange Juice

Method:  Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice to measure.  Stir well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Take a rind of an orange and twist it over the cocktail.  Rub the twist gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the cocktail.


Bruisebruise

1 1/2 oz. Mandarin infused Vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Lemon Lime Soda

Method:  Build this in a highball glass filled with ice by pouring in the first four ingredients to measure.  Top off with lemon lime soda.  Garnish with an orange quarter-wheel on the rim of the glass


Bourbon Rose

2-16 - Bourbon Rose1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz. Borducan Orange Italian Liqueur
Orange Juice
Splash of Grenadine

Method:  Build this cocktail in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure.  Top off with orange juice.  Add a splash of grenadine.  Stir and serve.


Boy Scout

1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
1 Tsp. Green Creme de Menthe
1 Maraschino Cherry as a garnish

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Buffalo Bill Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Apple Juice

Method: In an Old Fashioned Glass filled with ice, pour the bourbon then top with apple juice and stir.


Bugs Bunny Cocktail

2 oz. Cucumber Infused Vodka
4 oz. Carrot Juice
Celery Stick for Garnish.

Method: Pour the vodka and carrot juice into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a celery stick.


Buttered Popcorn

1 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
1/2 oz. Amaretto

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Cabernet Cocktail

1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
1/4 oz. Benedictine
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Absinthe
Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir well, then pour into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry


Cable Car Cocktail

2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Cointreau
Juice from half a Lemon
Cinnamon Sugar (1:1 cinnamon and sugar)

Method: First take a chilled cocktail glass and wet the rim with a lemon wedge. Dip the rim of the glass into a saucer with cinnamon sugar, making sure you rim the glass evenly, then set it to the side. Take the remainder of the ingredients and pour them into a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into the prepared glass. Finish off by taking a lemon peal and twisting it above the drink, then drop it in.


Caesar Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Worchestire Sauce (don’t be shy with this ingredient)
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Prepared Horseradish
1/2 tsp. Tricky Dix Mojo All-Spice
2 Dashes Tabasco Hot Sauce
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
Juice of 1/4 Lime
Clamato Juice
Two Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (Garnish)

Method: Take a pint glass and rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass. Dip the rim into Tricky Dix Mojo. Set this glass aside. Take another pint glass and add the Worchestire sauce, pepper, horseradish, TrickyDix Mojo All-Spice, Tabasco. Squeeze the juice of the lime and lemon into the glass, being sure to discard the wedges after doing so. Add the vodka, then fill the glass with ice. Top off with clamato juice. Shake vigorously for about ten seconds. Dump the shaken drink into the rimmed pint glass. Garnish with shrimp cocktail.


Canadian Cocktail

12-15 canadian cocktail1 oz. Canadian Whisky
1 oz. Cointreau
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
1 Tsp. Sugar or 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 – 3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Method:  Place all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake to blend.  Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.  Take an orange peal and twist it over the cocktail.  Rub the twist gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.  Tamp down the twist with a stir stick.


Capetown Berry Mash

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Lemonade
Cranberry Juice
Lime Wedge

Method: Pour vodka into a highball filled with ice. Top off with equal parts of lemonade and cranberry juice. Squeeze in the wedge of lime. Stir and serve.


Casa Blanca3 - 2 casa blanca

2 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Splash of Maraschino Cherry Juice

Method:  Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.


Caramel Apple Martini

3-01 caramel apple1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4 oz. Sour Apple Liqueur

Method:  Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass filled with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.   Garnish with an apple wedge on the rim of the glass.


Caribou Lou

1 1/2 oz. 151 Rum
3/4 oz. Coconut Rum
Pineapple Juice

Method: Begin by pouring the rums into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with pineapple juice. Stir and serve.


Charlie Chaplin Cocktail

1 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Sloe Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Peal for Garnish

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a lime peal.


Charlie Lindbergh Cocktail

Splash Orange Juice
Splash Apricot Brandy (Replacing the now unavailable Pricota)
1 oz. Cocchi Americano (an aperitif wine from the Asti Province of Italy, and brought back after being unavailable for a time, it is replacing the original ingredient Kina Lillet).
1 oz. Plymouth Gin (Do not mistaken this for your usual London Dry variety. Check out your local liquor store for availability).

Method: Pour ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. For the garnish, take a lemon peal and twist it over the cocktail. Rub the twist around the rim of the glass and drop into the drink.


Chernobyl

2 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Vodka
Orange Juice with Pulp

Method: In a highball glass, Pour in the measured liquor over ice. Top off with orange juice and stir.


Chi Chi Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Orange Liqueur
Juice from a wedge of Lemon
4 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 Tsp. Grenadine

Method: Pour all contents, except the grenadine into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a margarita or daiquiri glass filled with crushed ice. Take the grenadine and slowly pour it on top of the drink, causing the grenadine to slowly find its way to the bottom of the cocktail, causing runs of red in the cocktail. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and Maraschino cherry speared together (flag).


Chimp in Orbit

1 1/2 oz. 151 proof Rum
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
Splash of Light Creme de Cacao
Splash of Grenadine
2 oz. Orange Juice
Juice from one Lemon

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.


Christopher Columbus Drink

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Ginger Ale
Grapefruit Wheel and Maraschino Cherry for Garnish

Method: Begin by pouring the vodka into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, then top off with Ginger Ale. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and maraschino cherry.


Chrysanthemum

1 tsp. Ansinthe
1 oz. Benedictine Liqueur
2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Orange Peal

Method: Pour ingredients, except orange peal, into a shaker and stir together. Add ice and stir for a minute. Strain into a cocktail glass. Take the orange peal and twist and squeeze over the cocktail, allowing the oil essence to escape. Rub the peal around the rim of the glass then drop into the drink.


Chunnel Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Dash Angosura Bitters

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker half-filled with ice. Stir, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.


Clover Club

2 oz. Gin (London Dry)
1 Egg White
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
3 Dashes of Raspberry Syrup

Method: Add ingredients to a shaker tin filled halfway with crushed ice. Shake vigorously to ensure egg white foams up. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. You should have a 1/4″ thick foam top to the drink.


Co Pilot Cocktailco pilot

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Vanilla flavored Vodka
1/4 oz. Creme de Violette
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz. Orange Juice

Method:  Combine all ingredients, to measure, in a mixing glass filled with ice.   Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Optional:  Add a maraschino cherry for garnish.


 

Cold Front Cocoa Drink

1 1/2 oz. Strawberry / Apple infused Amaretto DiSaronno
Hot Water
Cocoa Mix
Whipped Cream
Dark Creme de Cacao
Amaretto Soaked apple and strawberry flag for garnish

Method: Prior to putting in the amaretto, pour hot cocoa packet into a large mug and add water, to about 3/4″ from the rim of the mug. Stir well to ensure you have dissolved the cocoa mix. Add Amaretto and stir again. Take whipped cream and add it to the top of the beverage. Top it off by pouring Creme de Cacao over the whipped cream. Place the speared apple/strawberry and place it next to the mug. Enjoy!


Cold War Cocktail

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Jagermeister
1 oz. Sweet and Sour
Red Bull Energy Drink

Method: In a pint glass filled with ice, pour in the vodka, Jagermeister, and sweet and sour. Top off the glass with Red Bull. You can either shake this slightly to combine the ingredients or leave it as is and enjoy it through a straw.


Colt 45

1 oz. Gin
2 oz. Jagermeister
Red Bull

Method: Build this drink in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Add liquor then top with Red Bull and stir.


Concorde Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Six Thinly Cut Slices of Cucumber
Soda Water
One Thick Cut Slice of Cucumber for Garnish

Method: Take the thin cut slices of cucumber and place them in a mixing glass. Muddle the cucumber slices, then add the vodka and ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.


Continental Sourcontinental sour

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 Egg White
1/2 oz. Port
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Method:  In a mixing glass, combine everything but the bitters.  Seal with a shaker tin, without ice.  Be sure you have a nice seal.  Dry shake the ingredients well.  Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.  Add a few dashes of bitters.  Take a twist of lemon and rub it gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.  Stir and serve.


Cooperstown Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Gin (London Dry)
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 – 3 Mint Leaves
Orange Wheel

Method: Take an orange wheel and cut it into three pieces. Drop it into a cocktail glass with two sprigs of mint and muddle. Pour the other ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice. Stir well, then strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Take another mint sprig and rub the rim of the glass.


Corkscrew Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Lemon Peal for Garnish

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled half-way with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the lemon peal over the drink, then rub the rim of the glass with it. Drop it into the cocktail and serve.


Cosmic Cow4-20 cosmic cow

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur (I used Kahlua)
Chocolate Milk

Method: Pour the vodka and kahlua in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Top off with chocolate milk. Shake hard two times. Strain drink in new Old Fashioned glass with ice


Creamy Cowgirl

1 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Amaretto
Milk

Method: Build drink over ice in an Old Fashioned glass by pouring in the liquor, then topping off with milk. Stir and serve.


Crown Jewels

1/2 oz. Crown Royal
1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1/2 oz. Sweet and Sour
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Chambord
Splash Lime Juice

Method: Pour ingredients into a highball glass with ice. Shake well and strain into another Highball glass with ice.


“Current-Day” Hurricane Recipe

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
Juice from one Orange
Juice from one Lemon or one Lime (your preferrence)
2 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 Tsp. Real Pomegranite Grenadine

Method: Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until frost forms on the shaker tin. Strain into a daiquiri glass filled with crushed ice. For garnish, spear an orange slice and cherry.


D-Day Shooter

1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Creme de Banana
1 oz. 151 Rum
1 oz. Raspberry Schnapps
1 oz. Citron Vodka

Note: This measurement is for two shots. Enjoy with a friend.
Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into two port glasses, making sure they are poured equally.


D.N.A. Shooter

1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
Frozen Strawberries
Pinapple Juice
Powdered Sugar
Lime Juice

Method: Place strawberries and lime juice into a blender. Puree for ten – fifteen seconds, then set to the side. Use about six to eight strawberries and 2 oz. lime juice for this.
Take a port glass and dip the rim into lime juice to moisten, then dip it into a saucer of powdered sugar. Take gin and pour it into the port glass. Tip the glass at an angle, then allow the blue curacao to run down the inner part of the glass, eventually layering at the bottom of the glass. Retrieve the puree mixture of the strawberries and pineapple juice. With a spoon, lightly place this onto the top of the contents of the port glass. You should have enough of the puree mixture to satisfy ten – twelve shots.


Daiquiri

2 oz rum
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Method: Pour ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Cap with a shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime.
For the frozen version of this drink, pour contents into a blender with a cup and a half of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a tulip glass or a brandy snifter. Garnish with a lime.


Dead Man’s Hand Cocktail

1/4 oz. Absinthe
1/2 oz. Courvoisier
1 Sugar Cube
2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist

Method: Take the absinthe and pour it into a flute glass. Swirl it around the glass and dump it out. Place a sugar cube in the glass and put two dashes of lemon bitters onto the cube. Wait about one minute to allow the bitters to soak into the cube. Pour in the courvoisier then top off with champagne. Add a twist of lemon for a garnish.

Method: Pour the vodka and blue curacao in a pint glass with ice. Stir to chill, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top off with Champagne. Garnish by dropping a Maraschino Cherry into the drink.


DeMille Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
2 – 3 Blackberries (Garnish)
1 Sprig of Rosemary

Method: Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of Rosemary.


Dillinger Cocktail

1 3/4 oz. Dill Aquavit (a Scandanavian Flavored Liquor. Dill is one of about 20 flavors available and derives from potato or grain mash.)
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz. Cream

Method: Pour all ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass.


Dirty Bizzo

Dorflinger Cocktail

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. Absinthe
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass.

 


Duke Cocktail

4 oz. Champagne or Sparkling Wine
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 tsp. Maraschino Cherry Juice (Originally calls for Maraschino Liqueur which is extremely hard to find.)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Splash Orange Juice
One Egg

Method: Take all ingredients except the sparkling wine pour them into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Stir and serve.


East India Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Method: Pour ingrediens, except cherry, into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop cherry into drink for a garnish.


Eiffel Tower Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Anisette

Method: Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
2 – 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Twist of lemon

Exxon Valdez Shooter

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

1/2 oz. Rumpleminze

Method: Pour indredients into a shaker with ice. Stir for a few seconds then strain into a shot glass.


Farmer’s Almanac Cocktail

2 oz. Moonshine
One Sprig of Fresh Basil
One Lime cut into wedges
1/4 cup diced Cucumbers
1 tsp. Sugar (optional)

Method: In an Old Fashioned glass, squeeze the limes and add to glass, along with the basil, cucumbers and sugar. Muddle until you see a good blend. Add moonshine and ice. Cap the glass with a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of basil.

2 oz. Cockspur Fine Rum

One destemmed Maraschino Cherry

Method: In an Old Fashioned glass, place the cherry, orange slice and peach nectar in the bottom of the glass. Muddle well until blended. Add the rum and ice, then top off with ginger ale.

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur

FBI Frozen Drink

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
One Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Half Scoop of Crushed Ice

Method: Pour ingredients into Blender container and blend until smooth. Pour drink into a parfait or daiquiri glass.


Flaming Volcano

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Brandy
4 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice (Unsweetened)
2 oz. Almond Flavored Syrup
1 oz. 151 Rum
2 Scoops of Crushed Ice
Drinking vessel for this drink is a Volcano Bowl. It is typically glass or ceramic, with a volcanic cone in the center and a 2″ – 3″ deep moat surrounding it.

Method: Pour contents, except the 151 rum, into a blender with the crushed ice until its smooth. Pour around the cone in the moat area. Pour the 151 rum in the cone of the volcano bowl and ignite using a long sticked match. Serve with two straws.


Flash GordonFlash Gordan

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
Lemon – Lime Soda  or Club Soda for a less sweet mixed drink

Method:  Build this in a highball glass filled with ice by first adding the first two ingredients to measure.  Top off with lemon – lime soda or club soda.  Garnish with a lemon and lime half-wheel.

 


Fletcher Christian

1 oz. The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
3/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Boomsma Olde Genever (Old Tom Gin is a good substitute)
3 Drops Elixir Vegetal (Green Chartreuse if you can’t find this ingredient).

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled 3/4 with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.


Fleurs D’Orange Cocktail

2 1/2 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
1 Tsp. Sugar

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If you want to get a little fancy, you can garnish with a dry lavender stick.


Ford Cocktail

1 oz. Old Tom Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
3 Dashes of Benedictine
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Twist for garnish

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker half full with ice. Stir well with a bar spoon. Strain into a cocktail glass. Take an orange peal and squeeze and twist over the glass before dropping it into the beverage.

3 Cucumber Slices
1 1/2 oz. Gin
2 1/2 oz. White Cranberry
1 tsp. Pimm’s No. 1
Juice of 1/2 lime

Method: Take two of the three cucumber slices and place in the bottom of the shaker. Add the lime juice and Pimm’s Number 1 and muddle together. Add the gin, white cranberry, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.

Freaky E Coffee Drink

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto DiSaranno
1/4 oz. Grain Alcohol

Method: Pour the vodka, amaretto, and grain alcohol into an Irish Coffee mug. Top off with coffee. Stir extremely well!


Garlic Mustard Cocktail

1 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz. Creme de Moutard
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
3 Garlic Mustard Leaves

Method: In an Old Fashioned glass, place the leaves, orange bitters and Creme de Moutard and muddle to combine. Add the rum and tequila. Add ice and stir.


Gene Tunney Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Splash Blood Orange Juice
Splash Lemon Juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 oz. White Vermouth (not to be mistaken for dry vermouth)
Juice of one lemon
1/4 oz. Simple syrup (Simple syrup is 1:1 water and sugar dissolved over heat)

3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
Apple Juice
Orange Juice
Splash of Grenadine

Method: In a parfait glass filled half-way with ice, pour in the coconut rum and peach schnapps. Top off to about a 1/2″ from the top with equal parts of apple juice and orange juice. Finish it off by slowly pouring the Grenadine on top of the cocktail. Garnish with an orange wheel and cherry.


Hot Buttered Rum Batter

One Pound of Butter
One Pound of Brown Sugar
One Pound Confectioners’ Sugar
One Quart of Softened Vanilla Ice Cream
One Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
One Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Method: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Blend in the brown sugar and confectioners’ sugar while stirring. Remove from heat and whisk in the softened ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg, making sure you have a good blend. Pour mixture into a plastic container, seal, then freeze.


Hound Dog

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Soda Water
Splash Grapefruit Juice

Method: Pour vodka into a highball glass filled with ice. Add soda water to about 3/4″ from the top of the glass, then top off with grapefruit juice. Stir and serve.

1/2 oz. Pineapple

1 tbsp. Dekuyper Pucker Blue Island Schnapps

Method: Pour everything but the Blue Island Schnapps into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Take the Blue Island Schnapps and drizzle it down the sides of the cocktail glass, causing it to layer the inside of glass. Eventually, it will find its way to the bottom of the drink, leaving a nice design. Garnish with a slice of a Granny Green Apple.

Method:  In a shot glass, pour in the vodka, filling about 3/4 of the way up.  Add a splash of Galliano.  Lay the half-circle of lemon on the shot glass.  Pour some sugar on the lemon.  Gently pour some 151 rum on top of the lemon with sugar.  Ignite the lemon.  Once the sugar caramelizes, blow out the flame.  Let it set for about a minute to cool down.  To drink, shoot take the lemon in and hold it with your thumb and index finger in one hand, while holding the shot in the other.  Shoot down the shot, then suck on the lemon with the caramelized sugar.

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon (originally made with Rye whiskey, but today more commonly with bourbon whiskey).

Method: Put ingredients into a shaker filled half way with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for at least ten seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Magna Carta

1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Superfine Sugar
Wedge of Lime

Method: Take the lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a champagne flute to wet. Dip the rim of the glass into some superfine sugar, coating the rim. Take the tequila and triple sec and pour them into a shaker glass with ice. Stir until you feel you have a good cold blend, then strain it into the sugar-rimmed flute. Top off the glass with champagne or sparkling wine. Take the lime wedge and squeeze it over the drink, discarding the wedge after doing so.


Margarita

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Method: In a Collins glass filled with ice. Pour in the liquor, squeeze in the lemon, then pour equal parts of cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir contents and garnish with a flag of lemon, cherry, and lime.


Mayan Calender Cocktail

1 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
1/2 oz. Tequila Blanco (White or Clear Tequila)
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. 151 Proof Rum

Method: Pour ingredients, as listed into a rocks glass with NO ice. Be sure to start off with the coffee liqueur and end by pouring in the 151 rum. Ignite the cocktail and let burn for no more than five seconds or the glass will be too hot to handle. BE SURE TO BLOW OUT THE FLAME. Insert a long glass or silicone straw and drink this cocktail through it. Note: This is not meant to be a shooter. Just a sipping beverage. You can cause serious damage to your throat if you consume this too quickly.

Method: Pour ingredients, except the whipped cream and chambord, into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a cocktail glass or daiquiry glass (I used a cocktail glass). Take a can of whipped cream and dispense some on the top of the drink. Gently pour the chambord on top of the whipped cream, allowing it to drizzle into the drink from the whipped cream.

3 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
Splash of water
1 tsp. sugar
4 – 6 sprigs of mint

Method: In a silver julep cup, if available, place the mint sprigs, sugar, and water into the bottom of the cup. Muddle contents until sugar and mint is well blended. Allow this to sit for a couple minutes to allow the blend of flavors. Swirl contents in cup to allow it to flavor the inner part of it. Add ice, then pour bourbon in. Stir and serve.
Note: If a silver julep cup is not available, use an Old Fashioned glass.


Mir Space Station Cocktail

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cassis
Juice of One Lemon
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (or one tsp. of Granulated Sugar)
Club Soda
Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Method: Put all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, except the soda. Cap with shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a highball glass with new ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.


Mocha Mint Martini

3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. Half and Half

Method: Place all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. For garnish, drop three coffee beans into the drink.


Mojito

One Tsp. Confectioner’s Sugar or 1/2 oz. of Simple Syrup
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Two Sprigs of Fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz. Rum
Soda Water
One Sprig of Fresh Mint for a garnish

Method: Take the sugar, lime juice and sprigs of mint and drop into a highball glass. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved and you feel comfortable the ingredients are nicely mixed. Add rum then stir to combine the flavors. Add ice, then top off with soda water. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

Method:  Build this in a copper mug filled with ice by pouring in the vodka to measure.  Top off with ginger beer.  Squeeze in two wedges of lime.  Tamp down the limes in the drink with a stir stick while stirring.


Monkey Glandmonkey gland 2

2 oz. Gin
Juice from 1/2 Orange
Absinthe
1/4 oz. of Fresh Grenadine (See Recipe Below)

Method:  Take a chilled cocktail glass and pour in about 1/2 oz. of absinthe into the glass.  Swirl the absinthe in the glass making sure you have a good layer of absinthe completely on the inside of the glass.  Dump out the absinthe and set the glass to the side.  This will be the finish glass.  In a mixing glass with ice, pour in the gin and grenadine.  Squeeze in the juice from half an orange, throwing away the orange remnants after doing so.  Cap the mixing glass with a tin and shake well.  Strain into the absinthe-layered, chilled, cocktail glass.  Take a rind of an orange and twist it over the cocktail, allowing the oils from the rind to disperse over the drink.  Gently rub the twist on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.


Moonlight Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Gin (Plymouth preferred, however London Dry style gin is fine)
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Creme de Violette
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Method: Pour contents into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.

Method: Begin to pour in the order of above, the liquor into a 2 oz. shot glass. Take a match and light the drink. Blow out and drink.

1 1/2 oz. Anejo Rum (Anejo is an old Spanish word meaning “aged”).
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Splash of Triple Sec
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled half-way with ice. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.


Muddy Waters

1 oz. Cockspur Fine Rum
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
2 oz. Orange Juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice.


Muddy River

1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
Half and Half

Method: Pour liquor into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top off with half and half. Cap with shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a new old fashioned glass filled with ice.


Mulled Spice Cherribundi

(This recipe serves four)
32 oz. Cheribundi Cherry Juice
8 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Tricky Dix Mojo Allspice
1 oz. Root Beer

Method: Bring all ingredients to a simmer on medium heat (DO NOT BOIL). Ladle into heated Irish coffee mugs and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.


Natural Selection Cocktail

1 oz. Berry Infused Vodka
3/4 oz. Apple Pucker
3/4 oz. Hpnotiq
Splash of Pineapple Juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Nectarine Vodka Chiller

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Nectarine Schnapps
Orange Juice
Sprite

Method: Begin by pouring the vodka and nectarine schnapps in a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with equal parts of Orange Juice and Sprite. Stir and serve.


Neon Cocktail1-19 neon

1 3/4 oz. Citrus Infused Vodka
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Pineapple Juice

Method:  Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.  Cap and shake well.   Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Take a twist of lemon and rub it gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink

1 1/2 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Orange Juice
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Ginger Ale

Method:  Place the first three ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice.  Cap and shake to blend.  Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.  Top off with ginger ale.  Garnish with a half wheel of lemon on the rim of the glass.


Nevada Cocktail

2 oz. Light Rum
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Juice of one lime
2 tsp. sugar
Dash Angostura Bitters

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Nightingale Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Cream
One Egg White (Optional)

Method: Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Note: Egg white will give this drink a silky body and a frothy finish. Not putting it in the drink, for the fear of eating raw egg will not change the flavor, only the body of the drink.


Notre Dame Pick-Me-Up Cocktail

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Orange Juice
Splash of Ginger Ale

Method: In a highball glass with ice, add the rum, vodka, and powdered sugar. Pour orange juice for enough room for the splash of ginger. Stir and serve.


Nutcracker Cocktail12-18 nutcracker cocktail

Juice of 1 1/2 Lemons
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Method:  Squeeze three halves of lemon into a mixing glass with ice.  Add the rest of the ingredients to measure.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.


O’Canada Layered Shooter

1/3 Grenadine
1/3 Irish Cream
1/3 Sloe Gin

Method: In the order above, start by pouring the Grenadine into a shot glass or port glass (your preferrence). Slowly pour the Irish cream in by taking a spoon and placing just over the grenadine and dispersing it on top of the first ingredient. Repeat the same with the sloe gin.


O’Henry Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Kentucky Bourbon
3/4 oz. Benedictine D.O.M.
Ginger Ale

Method: Pour the bourbon and Benedictine D.O.M. into a high-ball glass filled with ice. Top off with Ginger Ale. Stir and serve.


Oh Henry! Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Scotch Whiskey
1/2 oz. Benedictine
Ginger Beer
Orange Slice (Garnish)

Method: Build drink in a highball glass with ice, by adding the two liquors, then topping off with ginger ale. Take the orange slice, twist it over the glass, then rub rind on the rim of the glass, dropping it into the glass after doing so.


Orange Blossom

3/4 oz. Gin (London Dry)
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Orange Juice

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Oriental Cocktailoriental

3/4 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Method:  Place all ingredients into a mixing glass to measure.  Cap and shake well.  Strain into nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Take a rind of a lime and twist it over the cocktail.  Rub the twist gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the cocktail.


“Original” Hurricane Cocktail

(Adapted by Jeff Berry in his book, “Beachbum Berry Remixed”)
2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
Juice from one Lemon

Method: Place ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker tin. Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry put on a cocktail spear, (known in this industry as a “flag” garnish).

Note: Mr. Taggart suggests using lime instead of lemon juice as his preferrence.


Orlof Cocktailorlof 2

1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sour Mix (to tone down on sweetness, you can replace this by adding juice from 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange and 1/4 oz. simple syrup)

Method:  Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake to blend.  Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.


Oscar Cocktail

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 Dash Grenadine
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Soda

Method: Build this drink by pouring ingredients into a snifter glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.


Outrigger Cocktailoutrigger 2

1 1/2 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Dark Rum

Method:  Pour everything except the dark rum into a mixing glass with ice to measure.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Top off with the dark rum.  Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim of the glass.


Paralizer

3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. White Rum
Milk
Coke

Method: Measure the Kahlua and White Rum into a highball glass filled with ice. To top off, pour equal amounts of milk and cola. Top off with shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.


Parisian Pousse Cafe

3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy
3/4 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse

Method: Take a sherry glass and begin by pouring the first ingredient, the orange curacao in. Make sure to add each of the next ingredients in order of what’s showing above. After pouring the first ingredient in, take a teaspoon and turn it upside down, so you’re looking down at the back curved end of the spoon. Take the next ingredient and pour over the spoon and slowly disperse the liquor on the previously poured ingredient. Repeat until all ingredients are in the serving glass.


Peach Me Tenderpeach me tender 2

1 1/2 oz. Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz. to 1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Lemoncello
Splash of Grenadine

Method:  Build this in a highball glass filled with ice by adding all the ingredients to measure.  Stir and serve.  Note:  This may not fill the glass completely.  If you want to lighten the flavors, top off with sparkling water.


Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Drink Recipe

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. Cream
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Heaping Tbsp. Peanut Butter
2 – 3 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup

Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait or tulip glass. For a garnish, if interested, make an angled cut on a Reese’s cup and place it on the rim of the glass for looks.


Peagreen Cocktailpeagreen

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Cream

 

Method:  Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.  Cap and shake to blend the ingredients.  Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.


 

Pear Martini

2 oz. Pear infused Vodka
Splash of Apple Pucker (For Color)
1 oz. White Grape Juice

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Pink Lady

1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1/2 oz. Applejack
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 Egg White

Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake for about 20 seconds. Fill shaker with ice and shake some more. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Planetary Punch

1 1/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. Peach Puree
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.


Pony Express

1 1/2 oz. Sazerac Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Qui White Tea Liqueur
1/2 oz. “B” Grade Maple Syrup
Juice of one lemon
Lemon peal (garnish)

Method: Take all ingredients and place them in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a 10oz. bucket glass filled with ice. Twist the peal and rub rim, dropping into the drink.


President Lincoln’s Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
3 Dashes Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Curacao
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Dash Absinthe
Club Soda

Method: Pour all ingredients, except club soda into a glass full of ice. Stir well and strain into an Old Fashioned glass, (no ice). Top glass off with club soda.


Puerto Rican Cocktail

2 oz. Gold Rum
Pineapple Juice
Lemon Juice
Slice of Orange and Maraschino Cherry

Method: Begin by pouring the rum into a high-ball glass filled with ice. Top off with equal parts of pineapple juice and lemon juice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.


Ramones Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
3/4 oz. Vodka
Orange Juice
Splash of Lime Juice
Lime Wedge for garnish

Method: Start by pouring the dark rum and vodka into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off to about 1/4″ from the top of the glass with orange juice. Add a splash of lime juice then stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.


Randy Little Kiwi Cocktail12-13-randy little kiwi

1/2 Pealed Kiwi
2 Tsp. Sugar
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Melon Liqueur

Method:  Take the pealed 1/2 kiwi and sugar and place them in a mixing glass.  Using a toothed muddler, muddle until you have a uniform smash.  In a tin with ice, pour in equal parts of vodka and melon liqueur.  Cap the tin with the mixing glass with the smash and proceed to shake vigorously.  Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.  If you do not want debris from the smash in the finished cocktail, double strain using a hawthorn strainer and mash strainer combo.


Raspberry Screamerraspberry screamer

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
Orange Juice
Pineapple Juice

Method:  Build in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure.  Top off with equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice.  Stir well.  Garnish with a quarter-wheel of orange on the rim of the glass.


Razzynut Cocktail

1 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
3/4 oz. Irish Cream

Method: In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, pour liquor ingredients in and top off with cream. Cap with shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a new Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with Fresh Raspberries.


Red Baron Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Method: Pour the Sambuca and dark rum into an Irish Coffee Glass. Pour coffee in to within a 1/2″ from the rim. Top off with whipped cream.


Roosevelt Cocktail

1 3/4 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/4 Tsp. Sugar

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Take an Orange Twist and squeeze over the drink and drop in.


Route 66

3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Gin
Pineapple Juice
Orange Juice
Lemonade

Method: In a collins glass filled with ice, pour in the gin and vodka to measured quantities. Top off the drink by adding equal parts of pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemonade. Pour the ice and ingredients into a shaker glass. Cap with a shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a fresh collins glass with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and Maraschino cherry.


Ruby Cocktail

2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Applejack Brandy
3 Dashes Grenadine

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Sazerac Cocktailsazerac

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
Absinthe
Twist of Lemon

Method: Chill an Old-Fashioned Glass by filling with ice and setting it to the side. In a seperate mixing glass, pour the simple syrup, rye whiskey, and Peychaud Bitters, then add ice. Stir. In the original glass of ice, dump the ice, then pour in a small amount of absinthe. Swirl around the glass, then dump it out. This will leave a nice residued layer in the glass. Take the glass with the mixture and strain it into the chilled glass. Take a lemon rind and twist it over the drink to allow the oily essence to spritz onto the contents. Rim the glass with the twist, then discard the twist.


Scarlet Letter

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz. Crism Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method: Take the bourbon and both liqueurs and pour into a shaker glass with ice. Gently shake the ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the cocktail.


Scarlett O’Hara

2 oz. Southern Comfort
Cranberry Juice
Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Wedge

Method: Begin by pouring the Southern Comfort into a collins glass with ice. Top off with cranberry juice, then add a splash of lime juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

8 oz. Beer of your Choice
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
Orange Juice

Method:  In a pint glass, pour in the beer, roughly half way.  Add the measured amount of amaretto.  Top off with orange juice.  If you want to dress the drink up, add a wheel of orange to the rim of the glass.

2 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Borducan Orange Italian Liqueur
Juice of one Lemon
Granulated Sugar

Method:  Take a chilled cocktail glass and rub a lemon around the rim of the glass.  Dip the wet rim into a saucer of granulated sugar.   Take a lemon rind and twist it.  Drop it into the glass.  Set the cocktail glass to the side.  Combine the other ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.  Cap and shake well.  Strain into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.


 

Silver Balloon Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Williams Pear Liqueur
3/4 oz. Almond Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Singapore Sling

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy (replacing the Cherry Heering)
1/4 oz. Cointreau
1/4 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Grenadine
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a hurricane glass with NO ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge.


Sitting Bull Fizz

1 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Golden Rum
1 Tsp. Simple syrup

Method: Pour all contents, except soda water into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with soda water. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.


Sloe Gin Fizz

2 oz. Sloe Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
Soda

Method: Place ingredients, except the soda into a shaker 1/3 full of crushed ice. Shake well and pour everything, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with soda water and stir.


Spanish Armada

2 oz. Spanish Brandy
3/4 oz. East India Sherry
1/2 oz. Licor 43 (citrus and vanilla flavored Spanish liqueur)
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Twist for garnish

Method: Fill a pint glass with ice and add ingredients. Stir well, then strain into a chilled double rocks glass. Take the twist of orange and rub it on the rim of the glass, then drop in, (original recipe calls for a flamed orange twist, a process that you need to know before doing. In my opinion, it really is done for show more than flavor and scent. A twist over the drink, and a rub on the rim gives you the scent needed.).


Spiked Float

1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Infused Vodka
Root Beer
One Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Method: In a tall frozen mug, pour the vodka. Top off with root beer to about an inch from the rim. Drop in a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Be sure to have a long enough spoon and straw!


Spruce Cocktailspruce 2

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

Method:  Place all ingredients, to measure, in a mixing glass filled with ice.  Cap an shake well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Take a lemon peel and twist it over the cocktail, allowing the oils from the rind to disperse onto the drink.  Gently rub the twist on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.


Star-Spangled Banner (Layered Drink)

3/4 oz. Cherry Herring or High Proof Cherry Brandy
3/4 oz. Light Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao

Method: In a Port Glass, start off by putting in the cherry herring. Then, by slowly pouring over the bottom part of the spoon, pour in the Creme de Cacao and, by the same method, the blue Curacao.


Steamboat

1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Lemonade
Lime and Lemon Wedges for Garnish

Method: Take an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice. Add ingredients and stir. Place lime and lemon garnishes on rim of glass.


Stilletostiletto 2

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
2 Splashes or about 1/2 oz. Amaretto

Method:  Build this in an old fashioned glass by putting the ingredients in to measure.  Stir and serve.


Sultana

3 oz. Vanilla Infused Vodka
1/2 oz. Yuzu Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water ratio dissolved on low heat)
10 – 15 Mint Leaves

Method: Place the yuzu juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and all but one mint leaf in an empty mixing glass and grind with a wooden muddler. Add vodka and fill glass 3/4 with ice. Shake well for 15 seconds. Strain contents into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the reserved mint leaf.

Method:  Build this in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the first three ingredients to measure.  Top off with equal parts of orange juice and cranberry juice.  Stir.  Garnish with an orange quarter wheel on the rim of the glass.


 

Sweet Tea Mojito

Method: Steep 5 Black Tea Bags, Turbanado Sugar, and two handfuls of fresh Mint in four cups of simmering water for five minutes, making sure to stir occasionally to assist in dissolving the sugar. Be sure to not allow the water to boil, keeping the water at about 180 degrees F. Strain into a pitcher, add the juice of three limes, one and a half cups of light rum, a cup of cold water, and another handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir with a wooden spoon, being sure to muddle the mint leaves while doing so. Serve over ice and garnish with a fresh mint and a lime wedge.


Terminator Shooter

1 Part Raspberry Infused Vodka
1 Part Chambord
1 Part 151 Rum
Red Bull

Method: In a Pint glass, pour Red Bull to about the half-way part of the glass and set aside. In a shot glass, pour equal parts of vodka, chambord, then top off with 151 rum. Ignite the contents in the shot glass with a lighter, then drop into the pint glass with Red Bull.


Test Pilot Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Lemon Infused Vodka
1 Splash of Lemon-Lime Soda
1 Splash of Cranberry Juice
2 Splashes of Sour Mix

Method: Pour all contents into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Thomas Jefferson Collins

1 oz. Vodka
Juice of one Lemon
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Splash of Port
Sweet Sparkling Wine
Lemon Rind

Method: Pour the vodka, bitters, port and squeeze of lemon into a shaker filled half-way with ice. Shake well, then strain into a collings glass with ice. Top off with sweet sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon.


Thoroughbred Coolerthoroughbred cooler 2

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
Lemon – Lime Soda
Splash of Grenadine

Method:  Build this in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the bourbon.  Add the lemon juice, orange juice and honey syrup to measure.  Stir to blend well.  Top off with lemon lime soda and a splash of grenadine.  Stir and serve.


Three Mile Island Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Brandy
1 tps. Grenadine
1 tsp. Melon Liqueur
Juice from a wedge of lemon

Method: Pour all ingredients, except lemon wedge, into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a new Old Fashioned glass with ice. Finish by squeezing a wedge of lemon into the drink.


Three Stooges Shooter

1 oz. Goldschlager
1 oz. Jagermeister
1 oz. Gold Tequila

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir, then strain into port glasses.

1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse

Method:  Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.  Cap with a tin and shake well.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Titanic Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Martini Bianco (dry)
1/2 oz. Galliano
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled half-way with ice. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass.


Tom Collins

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (1 : 1 Sugar to water simmered together over a stove without getting to a boiling point)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Soda Water

Method: Begin building this drink by adding the gin, simple syrup and lemon into a highball glass or collins glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water.


Tornado Cocktail

1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Egg White
Dash of Passion Fruit

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Trolley Car (Frozen Drink)

1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
2 oz. Strawberries
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Cream (optional)

Method: Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. To make it even more light and creamy, add a little cream during the blending process. Pour into a parfait glass and garnish with a strawberry.


Tropical Bomb

1/2 oz. Galliano
1 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Caribbean Rum
1/2 oz. Watermelon Liqueur
1 oz. Orange Juice
Sprite
Splash Blue Curacao
Splash Grenadine

Method: Take all ingredients except the sprite, blue curacao, and grenadine and pour them into a pint glass with ice. Shake well, then strain into a new pint glass filled with ice. Top off with Sprite, to about 1/2 inch from the top. Take the blue curacao and pour it on the inner side of glass, so you can see it from the outside of the glass. Do the same with the grenadine, but on the opposite side of where you poured the blue curacao. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, orange and lime.


Tut – tini

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Goldschlager
1 oz. Butter Ripple Liqueur
Splash of Cranberry Juice

Method: Place all ingredients but the cranberry juice into a shaker full of ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the cranberry juice.


Twisted Lemonadetwisted lemonade

2 oz. Strawberry Infused Vodka
1/2 oz. – 3/4 oz. Sour Mix
Splash of Grenadine

Method:  Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.  Cap and shake well.  Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.  Add a half-wheel of lemon to the rim of the glass.


Up In The Air Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Gin
Juice of one Lemon
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
2 – 3 drops of Blue Food Coloring (Optional)

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.


Unibomber Shooter

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1/4 oz. Lime Juice

Method: Pour contents into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a rocks glass.


Virginia Dare Cocktail

1 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. St.-Germain
1 oz. Savagnon Blanc
1 Tsp. Aperol (an light Italian Apertif)

Method: Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass with ice. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.

Method:    Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by first pouring in the rum and amaretto to measure.  Top off with equal parts of orange juice and cream.  Stir and serve.

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Splash Grenadine

Method:  Add all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice.  Cap off with a tin and shake to blend the ingredients.  Strain into a wine glass filled halfway with ice.  Garnish with a lemon/lime/cherry flag.


Webster Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 tps. Apricot Brandy
Juice of 1/2 lime

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker filled half way with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Wiki Waki Woowiki waki woo 2

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. 151 Rum
1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
|1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Method:  Combine all ingredients into a hurricane glass with ice.  Stir well.  Garnish with an orange wheel and maraschino cherry garnish.


 

Wild West

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
Cranberry

Method: In a highball glass with ice, add the two liquors and top off with Cranberry. Stir and serve.


Yellow Bird

1/2 oz. Galliano
1 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
1 oz. Orange Juice
Sprite

Method: Pour ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a new pint glass filled with ice. Top off with Sprite.


Yoko Ono

1 1/2 oz. Orange Infused Vodka
3/4 oz. Coconut Rum
Orange Soda

Method: Add the vodka and rum into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with Orange Soda and serve.


Zuckerburg Zinger

4 Sugar Cubes
1 oz. Club Soda
1 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
Four 1″ cubes of Watermelon
Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Method: In a hurricane glass, dissolve the sugar cubes in one oz. of club soda. Add the watermelon and cayenne pepper. Muddle together. Add ice. Add the rum and lime juice, stirring while adding.


Zombie

1 part white rum
1 part gold rum
1 part dark rum
1 part apricot brandy
1 part pineapple juice
1 part papaya juice
1/2 part 151 rum
Dash of Grenadine

Method: In a shaker with ice, add all ingredints except the 151 rum. Shake well and strain into a zombie glass filled with ice. Top with 151 rum. If you so wish, ignite drink with a lighter. The 151 rum will allow it to lite. If you do this, be sure to blow out the flame before taking a drink. Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
