The Puerto Rican Cocktail is July 25th Drink of the Day!!
Puerto Rico’s history with the United States dates back to 1898 when Spain ceded Puerto Rico to the United States as part of the terms of the Treaty of Paris. Puerto Ricans have been official US Citizens since 1917. Puerto Rico became a Commonwealth on this date in 1952.
If you’re into tropical paradises this is a place you need to check out. One big plus is that you don’t have to have a passport to visit here. Plus, its a quick trip when flying out of Miami.
