Happy Tuesday! Hope all of you enjoyed the long weekend. Now, we have a short work week in store for us, which makes that three days of rest seem that much more pleasant. The grind of the week is already starting without a Monday. Can’t ask for much more than that.
I am going to go a little easy. This one will take only less than one minute to prepare. That does not take away from the fruit quenching flavor that you will experience with every taste, however. A great tequila beverage with some citrus and fizz. Your taste buds will thank you! All it takes is the finished glass and a couple stirs after you put it together and you are ready to enjoy.
I hope your week gets started on the right note. This should help you along. Cheers!
1 1/2 oz. Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Build this in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the tequila to measure. Add equal parts of cranberry juice and soda water, leaving some room for the lime juice. After adding the lime juice, stir and add a lime half-wheel on the rim of the glass.
