Happy Monday, everybody! I feel a great week is in store for us. I am going to make it a little better by introducing a cocktail that is a perfect after-dinner relaxer.
A very simple cocktail to make; only three ingredients are used. For those of you that like the creamy drinks, this will become one of your favorites for that very reason. A perfect combination of coffee liqueur, amaretto, and cream, it will be a hit at the next dinner party. It’s nice to end a hearty meal on.
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Amaretto
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure. Top off with cream. Put the cocktail into a mixing glass and cap with a tin. Shake enough to blend the ingredients, not overdoing it. Pour the cocktail back into the old fashioned glass.
