Drink of the Day: Cable Car

September 4, 2014 | By | Add a Comment

If you are a cocktail novice, you have heard of the Sidecar, which is made with brandy.  Here is something like it made with the base liquor being spiced rum: the Cable Car.  Another rum sipper that does a good job complimenting the spiced rum with a perfect combination of sweet and sour ingredients.

I sure do like the short weeks.  We are already at Thursday and the weekend is just around the corner.  Here’s a perfect Drink of the Day to prime yourself for a hearty meal with friends.  A perfect quaff for that special cocktail hour.  Enjoy!
